Daisy was very friendly and was extremely good. Back waxing can sometime be a little uncomfortable however she was very personable and I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout!

On arrival was welcomed by Hannah, in COVID protection . Everywhere is sanitised well. I was made comfortable and toe nails cut and gel coloured. It was a relaxing appointment with high standards. I shall visit Botanicals again in the future.
