Please call us if you cannot find the required appointment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay by card on a laptop or computer.  

PATCH TESTING - is required 48hrs before an appointment for the following treatments - tinting of the lashes or eyebrows, eyelash extensions, eyelash lift, Glycolic Peel, lamination brows. This can be booked online and is free. 

You will get an email appointment reminder 3 days before your appointment, where you are also required to fill out a COVID19 health survey

Please tell us of any allergies or medication or if you are pregnant to help us advise use of the correct products.

Please note that the relaxation treatment time is specified but we do book out extra time for you to get undressed and dressed, this is not included in your treatment time, unless you are late.

DEPOSIT REFUNDS - Theses are transferable to another appointment if you let us know in advance, however a 'no-show' will not be refunded.
